Our return policy extends for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund.

To qualify for a return, the item in question must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it.  Additionally, it must be returned unopened in its original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly send you an email confirming the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on the condition of the game upon receipt.
